Is there a way to verify in TT Business that I efiled my extension form 7004. I believe I efiled on March 17th 2021, and the IRS is saying they did not receive it. I have subsequently filed the 1120S return and the IRS sent notice that extension was not received and issued penalty for filing late.

You need to print and mail Form 7004 with TurboTax Business.

Therefore, in all likelihood, the IRS never did receive it with your e-filed 1120-S.
