Got my cp12 letter that was dated May 10th so today would be four weeks in a letter it says 4 to 6 weeks to get my return. Then the irs's website still says it's being processed should I try calling them and ask them if there's anything else it's going on or just leave it be

Just leave it be unless you disagree with the change set forth in the letter.

If the IRS WMR? tool says processing then just keep checking once a week until you get better news. Calling the IRS will be unfruitful and a big waste of your time since they are only answering 2% of the calls coming in.

I received a letter dated the same day and still have not received my refund. If you receive yours please let us know whether it came in the mail or direct deposit. I was originally scheduled to receive my refund direct deposit but I do not know if that will change because of the corrections made. Thanks! And good luck!

I talked to the IRS this morning and they told me that my refund amount was 0 and my refund date was zero/0/000 so I have no idea what's going on the lady was like I'll put you on hold for a minute and then I got disconnected and I could never get back hold anymore

Omfg, that's ridiculous! Did you check your transcript? I also got the cp12 letter on the same date and have not received the refund. Can you post the number you dialed please?
