      <description>&lt;P&gt;you can not use MFS if it's indicated that your spouse can be claimed as a dependent.&amp;nbsp; as a matter of fact,&amp;nbsp; a spouse being claimed as a dependent is not permitted in most cases. so it would seem you entered something incorrectly in your spouse's personal info.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
