What does this mean??? Am I going to receive the negative amount?? I don't owe any back taxes.

Credits are as good thing. They reduce your tax and might have increased your refund. Could be like withholding or the EIC.

Code 766 means credit to your account. LOOK at your return ... does that amount line up with the credits ?

Code 846 means the refund was issued in that amount on that date.
