Hello,

I downloaded my tax documents, but I don't see any payment information (I owed money). I definitely remember entering it when I filed. Does this it wasn't sent?

I filed on Monday and was accepted yesterday. I understand the IRS can be delayed in debiting my account, but I'm worried my bank information was never sent.

How you chose to pay the federal taxes owed will be on the Filing Instructions page for the federal tax return. If you chose direct debit that information will also be on the Federal Information Worksheet Part V using Print Center and the option of all worksheets.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2020 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
