I have submitted my return five times and four rejections. I've checked, triple-checked and 5x checked my AGI (confirmed at IRS.gov), my driver license numbers, DOBs, etc. The only thing I don't know how to check are the pins. Please advise.

Is the AGI rejecting? Try entering 0. The IRS took a long time last year to process 2019 returns so the AGI didn't get entered in time.

When did you file 2019? If it was late in the year or you mailed it, try putting in 0 (zero) for the AGI. And see, https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/rejections/help/what-if-i-entered-the-correct-agi-and-i-m-still-getting-an-e-file-reject/00/27031

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.

Thank you @VolvoGirl , I filed for an extension last year and mailed my return this past January. I just submitted again with AGI of $0. I should know shortly if it works.

@VolvoGirl good news, I think. I submitted with AGI set to $0. Minutes later I got the dreaded text message saying my return was rejected yet again. After rereading the articles you posted, I decided I was unsure which AGI number, if any, I included when I filed for the extension last year so I was going to try the one on my W-2 form.

Upon going back to my computer, Turbo Tax says my return was accepted and I just got a confirming email. Hopefully it's real. Thank you for your help.
