when my download went to my pc there was info left out on my tax return when I print it will that show up

What info was left out? Can you provide some more details? What platform did you use to prepare the return? Print out a copy and see if you are missing info.

We printed it out and there is all zeros in lines 1 through 38 with the exception of $24,800 on lines 12 and 14.

We used Turbo Tax.

Go back and look at all your entries. If you had a W-2, go to that screen and make sure you entered it. Do that same thing for every other entry.
