After following the download and upload steps and confirming the same user data, I do not believe, I save the 2018 on by computer. Any suggestions?

@btool TurboTax Online Instructions:

To print a complete tax return using the online editions you must have either paid the TurboTax online account fees with a credit card or you have e-filed the federal tax return and the federal tax return has been accepted by the IRS.

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section, Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

How do I get a copy of a return I filed this year in TurboTax Online?

If the PDF download is not complete then use this procedure -

Scroll down and click on Add a State. This will take you back to the 2019 tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.

Tax returns prepared in the TurboTax CD/Download software are stored locally on your computer or storage device, even if you e-filed. Unlike TurboTax Online, we don't maintain returns prepared in the TurboTax CD/Download software on our secure servers. If you do not have a copy, you can get a copy from the IRS, by following the instructions in the link below:
