I e-filled my amended return last week but I still cannot find its status in where's my amended return website or my tax transcript. Is it normal?

You just sent in your amended return a week ago? Even in "normal" times it takes at least three weeks to see anything on the amended return site. Do not expect quick results. It is taking the very backlogged IRS at least 6 months (and often longer) to process amended returns. Eventually you will be able to see something here:

Thank you for your reply. Would it still take 3 weeks to show the status if I e-filled? I am asking it because a couple of my friends e-filed 1040x and it appears in 'where is my amended return' website same day they submit it. Can I assume it has been accepted if Turbotax tells me so?
