There's no fair I can't read very well I want to know understand how to do this stuff I need help

If you do not already have an account, go to TurboTax Online or TurboTax CD/Download to get started for free. You will need to decide on a username and which email you want to use.

By answering the questions, TurboTax will help you report your income for 2020. Only report what income you made for 2020, no other year. If something does not make sense, click the Learn More links in blue that will help explain the details.

TurboTax will ask you about your expenses. If they can lower your tax bill, they will be included.

You will be asked if you received your stimulus payments. If you have not received the payment, enter 0.

Last, if your state where you live charges income tax, you will have to add a state. TurboTax will help.

my 2019 i filed with turbotax and then the world got sick and half the world didnt get there taxes and got pushed to this year like i got pushed as to this year.Turbotax done my taxes this year than messed up my filing I went to H & R Block done my taxes.I will never used Turbotax again i used Turbotax over ten years where is all the years forms of my taxes... Now i am missing out of everything thanks alot

First please make sure you are logged in with the correct USER ID in your TurboTax account, this is the most common reason not being able to find your prior year's tax return in TurboTax.

Once you have logged into the correct TurboTax account please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information on how to access a prior year's tax return.

i did not get taxes last year i got pushed to this year i filed last year but get m\y payment because i got pushed.....I want my refunds

Your statement is unclear however, it seems you may not have received your 2019 and 2020 refunds.

You should contact the IRS as they issue refunds. Sorry that you are having an issue with the IRS. TurboTax does not issue refunds or Stimulus checks. TurboTax is a tax preparation platform. If you have submitted your return to the IRS, then TurboTax is out of the picture. IRS is forbidden to discuss your information with TurboTax because of privacy laws so we would not have any information on the status of your refunds.
