Incorrect Home Address - Zip Code

I filed my son's taxes yesterday. I discovered a mistake in his Zip Code as I went to file his local taxes. How is the best way to revise the address with the IRS and his State Tax department?

There is a form that can be used to change an address with the IRS. It is Form 8822. Here is a link for further information:
