If I received a confirmation number after e filing, do I need to do anything else?

There is nothing further you need to do. When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one states that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state or rejected your state return.

You can verify your e-file went through by checking your e-file status here -How do I check my e-file status? to see if your return was submitted.

I think I finished my filing on-line. But I did not get a print out of my file neither confirmation saying that my return was filed. I do not know how to retrieve it.

When you log into your account, you should see the current status of your return.
