direct withdrawal

I filed my tax on 4/8/2021 and I set a direct withdrawal from my checking account. The withdrawal was to have occurred on April 9, 2021, but I don't see the withdrawal in my account at Wells Fargo.

The direct debit will occur on or after the date you specified when you selected the direct debit option. If the amount owed has not been debited within 10 days after your return was accepted and/or the date of the debit, there is a phone number in the article below which you can call to follow-up with the IRS.
