We will not be able to obtain a SSN for her until 2022 as we are still out of the country due to international travel problems.

Yes. You can file an amended return after you obtain a Social Security number for your daughter.

Do not include her on your original return as you will not be able to file that without a Social Security number. Add her when you amend.
