UCE amendment

I efiled taxes before the UCE credit, and I owed money. I went to print the form to send in my payment, and now I actually get a refund due to the UCE. Do I still need to send in the original check and wait for a refund of the entire thing, or can I not send in payment and wait for the difference?

Thank you. I still wasn't sure about whether to send in a check or not. I had to go to the IRS yesterday for an estate issue, so I asked about this. He said not to send in a check and to just let them issue a refund. All is good!
