Missing their 2019 refund

Is anyone else missing their 2019 refund? I filed with TurboTax in May of 2020. Still no refund. The IRS website says to check with my preparer -- TurboTax.

Was the 2019 federal tax return e-filed and accepted by the IRS?

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on 2019

What is the status of the 2019 federal tax return?

Status of 2019 is not visible. I see both Fed and State returns but status is not shown. The question: Where can I find the status of this return? is there, but it takes me to another page which leads me in a circle.

How would I know if the return was accepted by the IRS?

Looks like there have been some changes for finding status. It takes you to this TurboTax support FAQ - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/return-status/help/where-can-i-find-the-status-of-this-return/00/27572

If the return was accepted there will be a 2019 transcript available on the IRS transcript website - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
