Where’s my refund?

So my refund got accepted February 12th and I still have yet to receive it. I check it almost every day and this morning when I looked on the IRS website it said that my refund changed to “0.00”. So I decided to call the IRS. They told me TurboTax received my money in January yet I didn’t even file until Early February so I don’t know what when on there. Then they told me to contact TurboTax because they had my money. Is anyone else dealing with this or just me?

same here and contact turbo tax they lie and say to contact santa barbara bank and theie site saying no refund received but i request to have fees taken from my refund and on my tt site my order showing complete they got their money now where are my taxes.
