I also filed mine on Feb 21 and still no refund. There is a tool on IRS website that shows what is going on with your tax return and mine says processing since then.

The IRS is currently taking longer to process returns. Please see What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days? for information what to do and why it might take longer.
