I am filing my son's taxes for him. He is active duty military and this is the first year he is filing on his own. I efiled and got a IND-516-02 rejection code. We did not claim him this year. I haven't even done my own taxes yet. I am wondering if this has to do with the stimulus. It asked if he received checks 1 and 2 and I answered no and didn't think anything about it. However, last year he was our dependent and didn't qualify for the stimulus. Is this why it is getting rejected. If so, how can I go back and "unanswer" the stimulus question.

Thank you!
