If you chose a Turbo Prepaid Card it will be mailed to you within 5-10 business days from the date of acceptance. Your refund will automatically be loaded on to your prepaid card. You can keep track of your refund through this IRS website Where's My Refund?. The number of customer care is (888) 285-4169. You can call if it's been longer than 10 days and you have not received the prepaid card.
