Return accepted 2/19 and no updates?

I filed early and had it “accepted” on 2/19... now the IRS where’s my refund tool and TurboTax both just say still processing please wait...? What do I do?

Nothing you can do but wait patiently ... if your return had unemployment on it then it will take much longer to process this year... probably another 6 - 8 weeks.

Thanks for the response and no unemployment essentially all w2. Exact irs2go app responds below when plug in my info... also TurboTax says accepted 2/19 and irs app status says the following

“Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available.

Please read the following information related to your tax situation:
Tax Topic 152, Refund Information

Please Note: For refund information, please continue to check here, or visit the Refunds page on IRS.gov. Updates to refund status are made no more than once a day.”
