I filed my taxes.. it has been processing for over 6wks.. I got a letter stating my state taxes where offset which I knew was going to happen but where is my federal refund?? Will it be mailed or am I still awaiting a direct deposit can't get ahold of anybody to answer a question

You do not say why your state refund was offset. TurboTax never knows about offsets to your federal or state refund so no one at TT can tell you if the IRS is going to offset your federal refund.

You will need to reach out to the IRS to find out why the refund is delayed. @xmasbaby9 is correct.
