TT does not have a copy of your W-2. You get that from your 2018 employer. Or go here:

What i need is for Turbo tax to send me a transcript from my 2018 1040 return nothing else just a copy of the 1040 you guys prepared for me for tax year 2018. Simple.

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

For a fee of $43 you can get a complete federal tax return from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf

Stop the silly games if i hired you in 2018 to do my taxes you should have a **bleep** copy of my 1040 how hard is it to email that to me a transcript since you're not able to send me all the papers .you got it?

You did not hire anyone from TurboTax. You used tax preparation software to assist you in completing your self-prepared tax return. TurboTax is not a hired tax professional such as a CPA, EA or Tax Attorney. TurboTax is a tax preparation software company.

TurboTax cannot mail or email your tax returns to you. TurboTax does not have a transcript of your tax return, that is only from the IRS. TurboTax will provide a PDF of the tax returns you completed but you have to download the PDF yourself.

If you are unable to access your online tax returns, then you may have more than one User ID or you are using an incorrect User ID.

You have to sign onto your online account using the exact same User ID you used to create the online account.

Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one). Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.

Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the User ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery

If none of the user ID's received will access your account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
