The IRS is sending out Stimulus #3 payments in batches, and will take a few weeks to complete them all. This one comes to you separately (and automatically), not as part of your 2020 tax refund. You can check the status here:

I have already checked it numerous times. I changed my bank account on my last years taxes to the turbocard account because I received an advance on my taxes. My roommate got his and his taxes are not even done yet this year. I did mine in January so a bit confused why I have not received the funds yet.

It is not possible for TurboTax to know or research the status of your stimulus check. That information is confidential to protect your privacy. The only thing you can do is call 1-800-919-9835 in order to inquire about the status of your stimulus checks.

The IRS is continuing to send out third stimulus payments so if your 2020 return gets processed they may use that information for the payment or they may mail it to the last address used on a processed return if the DD is rejected. Nothing you can do now but wait patiently as the understaffed IRS tries to deal with all the work Congress put on their to do list.
