    <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchase the turbo tax for 2020,&amp;nbsp; online on March 1, 2021 and the confirmation # is TTWCD [social security number removed].&amp;nbsp; $115.64&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;payment method :&amp;nbsp; Visa card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was charged for it on my bank statement., but my 2020 tax refund, never went thru to the IRS&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The moment i went to a verification no. on my e-mail, (as it asked me to do),&amp;nbsp; it closed all of the screens on all the 2020 paperwork return, I had already entered. I could never retrieve the 2020 return.&amp;nbsp; It&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;kept going back to the 2019 return, so the 2020 return was never submitted.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had to purchase the turbo tax product again and fill out all my information once again.&amp;nbsp; This time after I gave all my debit card info, the return went thru and my bank was charged again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;March 13, 2021 and the confirmation no. is TTWCD165699647&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;$115.64&amp;nbsp; payment method visa card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am requesting a refund of the 115.64, that was charged to my account on Mar 1, 2021.&amp;nbsp; I cannot afford to pay twice for this product.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I am a senior and do not have income to spare.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me get the refund.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nora Gamboa&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I Purchase the Turbo Tax for filling the State Tax. But turbo was unable to submit my tax and it got rejected 2 times. At the end I filed the tax from IL state tax site. Now I want my monye back for Sate IL Tax which I didn't used.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
