Are you trying to print a current return that was filed with TurboTax or a previously filed return? Also, please specify exactly what error you receive when trying to access the return.

I had just finished this year's return and was trying to print it. The response I got was something like "can't access your account. Try again later." I get that response OFTEN! So I went back to the beginning and tried several things and was finally successful. Sorry, I tried so many things I can't remember what finally worked.
