      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, you can keep the stimulus payment.&amp;nbsp; If she was alive in any part of 2021, she qualifies.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Have you check the IRS Where's My Refund to see the status of her refund?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;you may have to take that check in person with proof that you are executor to the bank because her regular accounts are frozen and that check has to be deposited into her Estate Account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
