tax return pdf file closes after few seconds

I am using TurboTax2020 premium edition. I have filed the federal electronically but opted for filing state via printout. After I saved the pdf file and tried to print it, it does not properly print it. Also while I was trying to see the details into the pdf file after opening it but the pdf closes after few seconds. I have tried it several times but there is no way I can open that file. I do not know what to do. I do not have a lot of time to spend on these kind of things.

I think I am disappointed and I will think of some other alternative in future for tax filing.

If you are using TT Online, you must pay the TT State fee before you can print the State return.

what does TT mean? I did not opt for filing online. I will mail paper copy to state. I filed federal online which was included in the software cost which I purchased from Amazon. Also they did not ask for any payment. I do not know who to pay and what to pay. There was no option.
