If that was the TuboTax estimated date, it is not reliable. It is just an estimate based on historical IRS performance that 9 out of 10 filers returns are processed within 21 days. You must track you tax return on the IRS tracking web site: https://www.irs.gov/refunds

There are many that are not processed in 21 days. If you have EIC or additional child tax credit, refunds on those returns won't be sent out until Feb. 27 at the earliest.
