I guess, it all depends on the amount of your unemployment and state you are in.

1. IRS does not tax first $10,200. so if your unemployment this amount or less and you did not pay federal taxes on it and your state does not tax unemployment, you do not need to file an amendment.

2. If you live in the state with no Income taxes- you can amend Federal return in your TurboTax online account, starting 03/26/2021

3. If you live in the state that taxes unemployment, you need to wait- states has not confirmed that they are agree with IRS regarding $10,200 exemption. So you can amend Federal, but not State just yet.
