I recieved the 2nd payment so there was no reason anything should of been put on my return so Turbo tax is responsible for this being on my return and why im now waiting 10 weeks

Please keep your related questions in one thread. TT would not have put that Recovery Rebate Credit on there unless you incorrectly answered NO to the stimulus #2 question. Did you actually get that stimulus after you filed your tax return? Or maybe you were thinking about stimulus #3, which had been announced, but not yet distributed? [Disclaimer: I am a user volunteer, not a TT employee.]

Going forward, you can change your withholding so that you do not have to wait for a refund at tax time next year.
