topic Unemployment in After you file

When I originally filed taxes, I forgot to add unemployment income. I was going to just file an amended return to add it, but now with the new tax relief bill that passed, do I file the return with the total unemployment amount received and let the irs figure out the new credit or do I put in the income with the $10200 credit already in there? Thanks!

Hi yes we did. So I need to report it, I just don’t know whether to go with total amount on the amended form or deduct the 10,200 myself and report the remainder. Or just wait?
