TurboTax did not submit my taxes for 2019 after I used their program and went through all the confirmation steps

TurboTax did not submit my taxes for 2019 and I am just finding this out since I did not get my 2nd and 3rd stimulus payments. Trying to get hold of TurboTax concerning this is like trying to contact the IRS, they sure screwed me good. I guess all I can do is mail them in(resubmit) as I also paid what I owed last year and it is documented on the IRS and state websites.

What is the status of the 2019 tax returns you filed using the TurboTax online editions?

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on 2019

What is the Status? Accepted, Rejected, Printed, Ready to mail?

Says that there were no taxes submitted for 2019. I went through every step and was very **bleep** concerning completing and knowing the taxes were accepted, so I didnt even think that they didnt get efiled by TurboTax. I paid what I owed also and it is record on IRS & state site

If payment was received then the returns were filed and accepted if you used direct debit to pay the taxes owed.

Try this to get the status -

You may have to start a 2020 tax return before the links on the Tax Home web page become available. In that case start the 2020 tax return with the User ID you used for the 2019 return. Once some basic information has been transferred over, Tax Home should be visible on the left column. Click on Tax Home and then the other links will be shown as in this screenshot.

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
