Refund Status... still processing..

Good morning,

I understand to be patient but it passed 5 weeks and 3 days from when I did the tax return... and I urgently need ... what should I do?

if I check my IRS account, it said

Your 2020 Tax Return Is Not Processed

What TurboTax send to the IRS?? Can you people do anything?

My father filled the same day (but he didn’t use TurboTax!) and I received the money... why?

Next year probably I gonna choose something else...

The IRS issues refunds, not TurboTax. This means that we can't say for sure why you haven’t received your refund as of yet. There's no way to know when the IRS will update your status. You can follow the instructions in the following FAQ (https://intuit.me/3bKwpqh)to contact the IRS for further assistance as they are the only ones that can access your account to check on your tax return.
