      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your return was accepted then the return of the family member who claimed her should be rejected.&amp;nbsp; The IRS will not accept two tax returns claiming the same dependent.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If that family member mailed a return claiming her then eventually you will both be contacted by a letter from the IRS and you can show that you are the one who can claim your child.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
