No one can contact you. Call in for a Refund. Type in BILLING ISSUES instead of Refund on the contact form.

Are you on the Advantage plan? Maybe you have more than 1 account? THEN you should cancel one account for next November by signing into your TurboTax Advantage account and under Your Product, select to remove product. Once you remove the recurring product order, the TurboTax Advantage subscription will be cancelled, as well.

If you are referring to canceling your return that you submitted with TurboTax, you would not be able to do so. After you select Transmit Returns Now, your e-file goes to pending status, where it will stay until it's either been accepted or rejected by the government. You can go here TurboTax CD/Download Refund Request Form to request a refund if still within 60 days of purchase.

Otherwise :

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent –

No, I just paid for my return but I need to clear it and start over but it won’t let me because I already paid for it. I need to stop payment, clear everything out, and start over. Please cancel my order or I’ll have to contact my bank to stop the payment
