Didn’t get my refund

ITS page says I won’t get my refund because my tax forms were not filled out properly. What do I do now?

Can you please clarify what page is telling you that you won't get your refund?

Are you still completing your tax return or have you filed your tax return and the IRS is making an adjustment to your return that was already filed?

The IRS mailed a letter of explanation on 3/22/21. It's possible that the IRS received information from a third party, such as a financial institution or an employer, that does not match the information reported on your return. In that case you would need to contact the employer or financial institution. Once you receive the details concerning the changes made, you'll be able to proceed from there.
