only the IRS can tell you what is going on. you can try calling but many threads have indicated that it is not taking calls at the present time. also keep checking the IRS refund website.

I have a similar problem. Did you file electronically through turbotax. Turbotax says I filed my daughters return electronically on Feb 15. Honestly I didn't even realize that I filled it. I checked to electronically file federal return and mail state. When I came back later to finish, it appeared that I finished without remembering finishing. I was and am still confused. Turbotax says it was accepted by federal and state electronically. Irs "where's my return" does't acknowledge receiving anything. I never got email from IRS or State acknowledge return. I'm not sure what to do. Have used turbotax for years.

I’m having the same issue!! Per TurboTax, both federal and state returns have been accepted on 3/12. But when I check the IRS website, it states that my 2020 returns have not been processed.

I don’t know if some has gone wrong. I need my 2020 taxes filed so I can get the stimulus check.

what do we do???
