Does anyone else have an issue with not seeing "Documents" on the left-hand menu to access previous tax returns?

I'm trying to download my 2019 tax return I filed through TurboTax. I had downloaded it before but my computer broke and I lost the file. The "documents" tab is completely missing on the homepage on both Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox for me.

Don't use any FAQ directions that tell you to click on "Documents" in the left-side of the screen.....DON'T click on Documents in the left screen (of course, a number of people don't see a "documents" in the first place)

......there's one FAQ out there that can really be misleading for some TTX users, since many users have nothing at all in that section

For any prior years tax forms......( 2019 is now loaded into the prior years section )

INSTEAD:.....right after you first log into your Online account, click on Tax Home

..............Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents

.....................click on Show.

.............................Click on the Year and then Click on Download/print return (PDF)
