First, there is no Married Single. It is "Married Filing Separately." But you said you amended to Married Joint for 2019. So, for your 2020 Joint return efile, use the Married Joint 2019 AGI. If that doesn't work, try using 0 (zero) instead. Please understand that this is an issue at the IRS end, and TT cannot change that.

Please help! Turbo tax rep could not help me. My husband filed incorrectly for 2019 as married filing single. I made him ammend it to married filing jointly. When I put in agi to get direct deposit, it asked for agi on 1040 x line 1-column 1, which was my husbands agi (the married filing single which I was not on) I put that in and got rejeced, then I put in the line 1 column C which was the correct agi amended and that was rejected. I logged on the get my transcript and when I click get AGI it says I did not file a return in 2019 but when I go to the account then it shows the amended return agi. Last year it took 10 months for them to ammend so I did not get any stimulus and was going to get back on this filing. I do not want to go into irs hell again and have to wait for months for them to get to it again. I am frustrated I paid $100 for the turbo tax program and they can't help me

Yes, married filing separately. I was frustrated with turbo tax because I paid alot and had a rep call me after getting through the question chat, only to be disconnected after explaining the problem and she didn't call me back. I didn't want to start all over. For future reference, I put on my return that I did not file a return because that is what my 2019 transcript said, although I did, and it shows up in my tax account. And I just got a notice it went through.
