Did you get the 3rd stimulus for yourself already? The IRS has just started sending issuing these, and it will take a few weeks to get them all out. It comes separately, not as part of your 2020 tax refund. See:

You cannot claim the stimulus for the added dependent for now.

The IRS will do a sweep after this filing season to match updated 2020 income with the payments. Those that are owed additional amounts, because of the addition of a child or dependent, will get sent a second payment.

Yes I received mine just not my added dependent
