Hi, my parents filed me as dependent in 2019 and I filed as independent in 2020 due to my entrance into pharmacy school. However, they received a 1400 check for me because of 2019 and I may qualify for the 1400 stimulus because of my 2020 taxes. Should my parents return the 1400 received? Or should I return the 1400 when/if I receive it?

You should not return the checks. The IRS knows some people received checks based on the timing of their tax filing, but they are not required to pay anything back for now at least.
