There was an update in the stimulus package and unemployment is no longer taxable. Will you update me when your program is updated so I can amend my return?

We don't know yet if the IRS is going to require an amendment, or if it will adjust for this themselves. See this:

The American Rescue Plan Act signed in 3/11/2021 makes the first $10,200 of unemployment payments per taxpayer, free of federal taxation for households with an annual income under $150,000.
