Were my taxes e-filed or not?

I e-filed my taxes, both federal and state. Louisiana needs a voucher form to send in with my tax payment. Turbotax told me I needed to print my forms. My printer was out of ink so I went to buy some and when I came back. I had to log back in after the ink was installed. The screen said congratulations your taxes have been filed...but under both federal and state it says PENDING. My question is this....have they or have they not been e-filed?

Yes, Pending simply means that your e-filed return is on its way and that the government hasn't accepted or rejected it yet. You can also double check your E-file status here: https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/.
