You should have entered your 1099G on your tax return and you will have to amend your tax return to include it------after the return has been fully processed.

Some states will mail out the 1099G. Or you might need to go to your state’s unemployment website and use the password, etc. that you have been using to certify for weekly benefits to get your 1099G from the state’s site.

Thank you so much for your response. I have been Googling and looking into it myself but I figured it wouldn't hurt to post something and your answer was unbelievably thorough and helpful. Thank you so much. I have a feeling they will issue my refund eventually even though I was supposed to get it March 5th and then I will have to do an amendment. I'm just one of those people who can't wait patiently and want to just get the amendment over with. 🙂 LOL. Thanks again

P.s. every time I check the status of my refund it says still being processed. So I know they may have recognized something is wrong. Otherwise I think it would just say being processed. There will be no still. I can't believe I forgot the 1099 thing. I'm a knucklehead. Thank you so much again for putting my mind at ease. 🙂
