Can Turbo tax see why my return hasnt been accepted

The irs tool has been saying Accepted only but nothing else and its been 20 days

Turbo Tax changed my file-ing from long form to short form after I had put in all income and deductions and then came back and said that it would be better if I filed a short form. They had taken my social security off of the income and that is what made it more on the refund. I didn't realize that they had removed the social security income until it was filed . I need to amend this and send it in as a long form. I need someone to call me at [phone number removed]

Beginning with the 2018 tax year, there is no more short or long form. The only forms are the 1040 or 1040SR. The 1040SR just has larger print for seniors to make it easier to read. Your tax calculations will be the same and you can itemize whether you use Form 1040 or 1040SR.
