Fees for a return I haven’t received

I filed February 10th and WMR is still saying it is being processed. I get an email today stating the filing fees are going to be debited out of my account when I know I filed and requested to have the filing fees taken from the tax return. So why are you charging me? Where’s my money?

It is enough just not received yet

When the return was transmitted and IRS accepted it, but the refund amount changed during processing of the income tax return, Turbo Tax may debit the fees from your bank account.
