    <description>&lt;P&gt;I filed February 10th and WMR is still saying it is being processed. I get an email today stating the filing fees are going to be debited out of my account when I know I filed and requested to have the filing fees taken from the tax return. So why are you charging me? Where’s my money?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
