If what you mean is that your tax return was accepted 5 days ago, then your tax return technically has not yet been paid yet. Your tax return will be paid when the IRS issues the refund. It will process to a temporary account where your TurboTax preparation fees will be deducted, and then the remainder will be sent to the disbursement method you chose when you set up the return.

No what I meant was my turbotax order has been paid already with my rederal refund but I still haven't received my refund payment.

If the IRS is still processing your refund, then TurboTax has not yet been paid. TurboTax cannot be paid until the refund is approved and sent by the IRS. After that happens, then you should receive your remaining refund deposited into your disbursement method within a few business days.

Well when I checked my order status it says completed and gives me a order number and before it was just pending

That's because the return has been accepted by the IRS, and TurboTax anticipates that it will get paid, so it's giving you credit for having paid. It's similar to writing a check at a store. The store gives you credit for paying, even though they have to process the check and have the funds transferred to them. But if the status with the IRS is still pending (and that is not uncommon, by the way), neither TurboTax nor you will receive anything until they finish processing and pay out your refund.

The IRS "Where's My Refund" tool this year is screwy and can sometimes be way behind with updated info. Some users have reportedly gotten their refunds even though the IRS tool still said "received" or "being processed." Here's something you can check:

If you chose to pay for your TurboTax product fees out of your Federal refund, that's handled by a company called SBTPG (Tax Products Group.) You can look at the SBTPG website in their refund lookup tool to see if they have any word on an upcoming deposit from the IRS.

To log in to their refund lookup tool, first choose the "For taxpayers" portal at:
https://www.sbtpg.com/

On the next page choose "Check with TPG."
