I e-filed my 2020 return and received confirmation of acceptance by IRS and state. I subsequently received an email that the return was rejected due to an inconsistency with the 2019 AGI. (1) what correction can/should I make if my 2019 AGI was correctly imported into the 2020 return by TT , and (2) how can I e-file again?

To e-file again, fix your rejected returns. See How do I fix a rejected return?

If your returns were accepted, you shouldn't have received an email stating they were rejected.
