SBTG (?) states to check irs where’s my refund. Did that, refund sent. Still have not received.

Your post is confusing. SBTG is used when you have your TT fees deducted from your refund. But it does not get involved if you asked the IRS to mail you a paper check (or the IRS chose to do so for some reason), since that check goes directly to you from the IRS. Did the IRS say your refund was Sent, or that it was Mailed? If the latter, only the USPS controls the timing at that point. And you would still owe TT its fees.

It’s confusing to me as well. That is exactly what it says “Mailed”. Feels like I’m in limbo. IRS is complete, but sbgtb website states IRS is still processing and to check my refund status with them? I double checked my routing and account numbers were correct in my filing and they are. Also I do not owe any money to the IRS so where’s my refund? IRS states I have to wait to call them until April 2nd. They can’t do anything before then.
